A General Cleaning includes:

- Kitchen:
stove, outside of hood, refrigerator outside, sink, outside of
cabinets*, counters, outside of dishwasher, sweep & mop floor,
microwave
- Living/dining/family
room, bedrooms: vacuum, dust furniture, vacuum
couches*, linen changed (if left on bed), dust pictures*,
outside of AC vent*
- Bathrooms:
counters, floor, sink, shower, tile, toilet, tub,
mirrors, cabinets outside*, light fixtures*
- Laundry
room: floor, outside of appliances (shelves are not
included)
- One
room per visit: as part of our maintenance, we will
clean: one fan,
two blinds, baseboards, items of decoration (rotate each cleaning
day)
- Windows:
clean 2-3 windows (rotate each cleaning day)
*(not
all (*) services are included each cleaning day, but are cleaned
at least once per
